Delicious recipe for Beef Fillet with added rich and vibrant flavor from De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar marinade.


Ingredients for 1 Person

  • 1/3 lb of beef fillet
  • 2 oz of butter
  • 1 sprig of currant or favorite berry
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Aromatic herbs and salt & pepper to taste

For the recipe

In a bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, and your favorite aromatic spices. Marinate beef strips in the refrigerator Balsamic for 2-3 hours. Melt butter in a medium heated saucepan, and add herbs, salt & pepper. Add beef fillet and cook to desired degree of doneness. Add currants or preferred berries as topping to serve.
