Creamy frozen yogurt meets the warm, spicy notes of Pumpkin Spice Glazé for an irresistible fall treat.


Ingredients for 4 People

  • 2 ½ – 3 cups frozen yogurt
  • 1 ¼ cups oatmeal
  • ⅓ cup dried fruit mix
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp seed oil
  • 2 ½ tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 ½ tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Vinegar Glazé

For the recipe

 

Heat the oven to 170°c in static mode.

Place the oatmeal and dried fruit in a boule. Heat the honey for a few moments in the microwave and pour it in along with the seed oil. Stir well to distribute the liquids throughout the granola.

Lay it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread it well by spreading it over the surface of the baking sheet. Bake about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.

Let cool by transferring only the paper sheet with the granola to a wire rack until it is completely cold.

Once at room temperature, break it up with your hands to crumble out the parts that will have clumped together in baking and add the chocolate and coconut flakes.

Spread the frozen yogurt into four cups, garnish with the granola and top with a teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice Vinegar Glazé.

Top with a few black cherries and serve.
