Ingredients for 2 People

  • 7 oz clean melon pulp
  • 7 oz clean peach pulp
  • 3.5 oz raspberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp De Nigris Pumpkin Spice Apple Cider
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 raspberries
  • a few fresh mint leaves

For the recipe

Open the melon, remove the seeds and slice it.

Peel each slice and cut it into cubes.

Peel the peach and chop the flesh into small pieces.

Combine the fruit pieces in the blender glass, also add the raspberries, Greek yogurt, Pumpkin Spice Apple Cider and maple syrup; blend until smooth and creamy.

Place a few ice cubes in each glass and pour in the smoothie.

Decorate each glass with a raspberry and a sprig of fresh mint.
